Especially in my last trimester, my lower back was hurting and I had restless lag syndrome as well. I didn't really know what to do, I did go for a pregnancy massage, but it only helped temporarily.

I started looking into other ways to improve my lower back issues, of course I turned to google and pregnancy yoga popped up. The first session I did was pretty painful (in a good way) but in the end also relaxing. It took me a couple of sessions a week to completely recover from my injury and a great bonus was that my restless legs feeling was gone.

After I gave birth I didn't stop doing yoga, because it helped me recover from that as well.
